Peach Upside Down Cake

I make my upside down cakes in a 9 inch cast iron skillet. It's how I was taught to do it, and honestly they taste better! 
I think upside down cakes are my favorite thing to bake. Not just because of that ooey buttery topping, but there is a big reveal in the process. That moment you flip it over!
This upside down cake is made with fresh peaches and from scratch. It tastes like pure summer.
